Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide and internationally to New Zealand, the USA, Canada, the UK, and Ireland.

Orders placed before 1:30 PM (AEST) are processed and dispatched the same day, except during peak times such as new launches, major sales, or holidays when processing may take longer.

Delivery Timeframes

• Domestic (Australia): Standard shipping typically takes 2–8 business days.
  
• International: Standard shipping usually takes 7–30 business days, depending on your destination.
  

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the number of items in your order.

Free Shipping: Domestic orders over $150 AUD receive free standard shipping.
